1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged.

The wrong product was delivered.
The product is missing items due to our packaging error.
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Products with tampered packaging.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless damaged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Reason for Return
Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
The same product
A replacement for damaged or defective items
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
Damaged product
Defective product
Wrong product delivered
Bhanu Group will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
